The sessions and teaching are based on progressive relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, guided imagery techniques. The aim is not only to experience the profits and effects of relaxed states, but even more – to teach the participants to get relaxed in everyday life circumstances, to cope with stress immediately- from 1 min to 3 s, to concentrate and to maintain attention, to keep emotional balance, to find and elaborate more effective behavioural and problem solving patterns.
   The duration of the session 45-90 min., rate 1-2 times per week. The duration of the training depends on individual capacities and features of the client, but usually lasting no longer 10-16 sessions.
